This is my first attempt at modular and I've been building this rack. I haven't got it all hooked up yet but getting there. I'm planning on getting an Intellijel quad VCA and swells. Suggestions welcome gor additions.

If you post a link to the rack on Modular Grid it will be easier to see what all the modules do.
I find making suggestions for this one a bit difficult. All your voices are pretty much standalone, with the envelopes and filters on the modules themselves. So you don't really need anything in that aspect.
I think that if I were to add anything to make this rack more complete, some extra envelopes/LFO or utilities would be the first thing on my mind.
I agree with the Intellijel quad VCA you mention.
Intellijel Triplatt - three channel mixer and attenuator. You can use it to combine your drum section and feed it into filter or effects. It will also help you shape your modulation by attenuating LFOs or envelopes. Without something like this, it is difficult to keep the LFOs from modulating things too hard. The Quad VCA can do something similar. Or Happy Nerding 3x MIA. Or even something super simple like Doepfer A-183-5.
Xaoc Devices Zadar or Batumi - The first one has a screen and four envelopes or LFOs that you pick from a list. Best enjoyed on a bit slower music. The second one has four traditional style LFO. Either one of these will create movement in your sounds.
Alternatively Make Noise Maths, Befaco Rampage all give two snappy envelopes with extra complexities.
A mult.
These will help you achieve the most with the modules you have already bought. Other than that, I suggest you to hook it up and play with it and see what you would want more of.
VCAs are a must. Intellijel Quad VCA is great, it's 4 VCAs and it can double as a basic mixer, and they're not very expensive. You could also go with two Xaoc Tallins, those have a nice overdrive effect built in. Or a couple Doepfer A-130-2's
You also need some dedicated mixing that you can use without having to repurpose your VCAs. I'd look for a stereo mixer for your output and also at least one small mixer or averager you can use for CV or sub-mixes, like your drums. Jornalouge Add 2 is very useful and compact. I like the Doepfer A-138-j a lot too.
Ghost is a good module but you might want some other effects. I'm not really sure what your goal is so I'm not sure what exactly to recommend. Likewise Ochd is a great module too, but I think you could benefit from some more complex LFOs too. The Zadar and Batumi that stefvanriet mentioned can do this, there's also Intelijel Quadrax and loads of others.
Other envelopes/utilities that would be useful: Maths of course, also Schlappi Boundary or Cosmotronic Delta-V as an alternative.
Many thanks for your help guys.
How about these 1u modules?
Intellijel Aux Mix 1U Stereo Mixer Module (maybe 2 of these?)
I Intellijel 1u buff mult
or would the Jornalouge Add 2 be better?
For effects I was thinking of Intellijel swells and then maybe the Batumi for LFO's
I personally would go for this one:
Intellijel Quadrat
https://modulargrid.net/e/intellijel-quadratt-1u
None of your VCOs are stereo, so you don't need the stereo submixing, and the Quadrat can mix CV as well as audio.
If you find you don't have enough mixing, you can still add another mixer later.
1u buff mult - yeah go for it. I see no advantage in the Add 2.
Swells and Batumi are both good choices.
Further down the line, some envelope(s) would be good, so you can get some filter movement or effect to move with the sound.
