Sample OR Track AND Hold is an arduino controlled S&H with Internal noise and some interesting extra functions.

S|TH is a simple arduino based Sample (or Track) and Hold with a bunch of nifty features like interna noise and adjustable output cv-range. Built with Port manipulation to support 10 bit output for 1023 step resolution.
It is a DIY module, and uses an Arduino Nano as the brains of the module using Port manipulation with an r2r ladder for the CV output. I did a whole bunch of videos on the different aspects of this module which you can see below.

Apart from the Sample and Hold / Track and Hold/Noise functionality there are 7 other modes that can be accessed.
- Random Gates - where you can set the probability of each trig will create an output trig or not (half a bernoulli gate).
- Sample & Slide - where you can slide between each sampled value
- LFO & Hold - an internally created LFO that you can use as is or use in S&H duty for staircase effects etc.
- AD Envelope - an AD envelope that is triggered by the hold-trig.
- Percussive Noise Voice / LoFi VCA - using the internal noise OR external signal you can create a percussive noise voice or a lofi VCA with sample reduction from 10-1 bit.
- CV recorder. Sample multiple values (up to 255) and cycle them as a sequencer.
- Gate recorder. Sample gates instead of cv (up to 255) and cycle them for rhytmic sequences.

What makes it a bit special is the Max and Min pots which makes it so you can tweak the range of the cv output. Also with some fun effects by inverting the output for some fun effects. You also have an internal noise source which you can output by using the internal noise source and going into Track mode. This will output the noise as long as hold is not triggered.
