4HP expander for Lattice sequencer

µcls adds to Lattice:
- forwards / backwards mode selection via a dedicated button and a CV input
- random step select input
- envelope/lfo step select input with attenuator and LED indicator
- gate output when the connected Lattice progresses to a new step.
