Conversion of the Boss DD-6 Digital Delay to eurorack format
Boss DD-6 Digital Delay rehoused as a 12 HP Eurorack module. The original pedal PCB, its four Alpha pots and the printed legend plate are re-used as they are; a small interface board derives the pedal's 9 V from the +12 V rail with an LM317 and adds a TL072 gain stage so the module works at Eurorack level rather than the DD-6's −20 dBu instrument level.
All the pedal's functions are kept: E.LEVEL, F.BACK and D.TIME, and the seven-position MODE switch — 80 / 300 / 800 / 2600 ms, REVERSE, HOLD (5.2 s) and WARP. Stereo throughout, with IN A (mono) / IN B and OUT A (mono) / OUT B. The footswitch becomes a panel pushbutton: effect on/off, tap tempo by press-and-hold over 2 s, and WARP.
One-off DIY conversion, built with JellyFX.
