Offer Details

I'm offering my original VHO for sale. This module was the main sound source on my album 'Volta'. I had it refurbished via Verbos in August 2026.The module has been thoroughly checked-over by a Verbos-approved engineer and the sliders on harmonics 2, 3, 7, and 8 have been replaced. The sound is now completely clean and should remain so for many years to come! It has not been out of its box since, bar testing that it works perfectly before packaging it for sale. The module was bought for £700 from the late Bob Percy (aka Pypt Lim) in early 2023. These modules rarely come up for sale and I had to twist his arm to get him to sell it to me! When I bought the unit from Bob it had various characterful noises and crackles. Over the years these started to become noticeable while recording and playing live. When I saw a small batch of new VHOs come on the market this summer, I grabbed my chance to pick a replacement giving me the breathing space to send this one off to be repaired at last and still be able to play my live dates! I can't justify having two VHOs and so am offering my original one up for sale. This module is in far better condition than I when I bought it, and sounding better than ever. It comes with screws, power cable and a brand new box.The module will be posted via Royal Mail "Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm" to addresses in the UK only.
