The Ibanez DE7 Delay/Echo Tone-Lok is a versatile effects pedal with plenty of character, offering everything from clean, crisp digital delays to warm, atmospheric echo sounds. Its two modes — Delay and Echo — give you a broad range of textures. Delay mode delivers clear, defined repeats, while Echo mode produces a warmer, more vintage-flavoured sound that works beautifully for ambient playing, spacious leads, and subtle slapback effects. The controls for Delay Time, Repeat, and Level make it easy to dial in anything from a short, reverb-like ambience to long, cascading repeats. Ibanez’s distinctive Tone-Lok design also lets you push the control knobs down into the enclosure once your settings are dialled in, helping prevent accidental changes.A compact, characterful delay pedal that has become something of a cult favourite — equally at home adding a little depth to your tone or creating big, dreamy soundscapes.S/N 04300882
