Vintage 1985 Boss CE-2 Chorus – Made in Japan – Green LabelOriginal Japanese-made Boss CE-2 analog chorus dating to November 1985, serial number 605300.The pedal has recently been serviced rather than simply tested for operation. The electrolytic capacitors were replaced, and the circuit was then adjusted/calibrated using the Boss CE-2 Service Notes procedure.Calibration was performed using a laboratory signal generator and oscilloscope to properly set the circuit after servicing. The pedal is fully functional and produces the classic analog CE-2 chorus sound.Features/details:November 1985 productionMade in JapanGreen-label versionSerial number 605300Original MN3007 analog BBD circuitElectrolytic capacitors replacedProfessionally adjusted using Boss CE-2 service proceduresCalibration performed with signal generator and oscilloscopeOriginal Boss ACA power configurationOriginal box includedCosmetically, the pedal shows normal wear for a roughly 40-year-old pedal, including small paint chips and edge wear. Please review the photographs carefully for condition. The original box also shows age and storage wear.No attempt has been made to cosmetically restore the pedal.A good example for someone looking for a vintage Japanese CE-2 that has already been electronically serviced and properly calibrated rather than an untouched pedal with nearly 40-year-old electrolytic capacitors.
