Feel free to ask any questions!Product Details________________________________The original script-logo Distortion+, with a UA741CP op-amp!An unusually durable, compact die-cast enclosure was groundbreaking for its time. Simple Drive and Level controls make it work with any amp or guitar, with no confusion when dialing in a sound. This is a later script-era example using MXR's own case rather than the earlier BUD-case version. The slightly different color compared to current reissues is also characteristic of pedals from this period. Excellent, wild, three-dimensional top-end distortion. Responds well to your guitar's volume knob, changing gain amount naturally, giving a feel much like plugging straight into the amp. Rolling back the guitar volume also gives a warm, edgy drive tone. This is from the very end of the script-logo era, and script-era units have become increasingly hard to find in recent years.OP-IC: UA741CP (#J806)Pots: 1377705, 1377547*Circuit board foam padding deteriorated and replaced; some solder touch-up on the board.Year: 1977Accessories: none.______________________________Please note that all items are for sale in our Tokyo store. There is a chance they might be sold out.
