Rock the treadle and it moves naturally from rounded, throaty lows into articulate upper frequencies, making it equally at home adding gentle movement to rhythm parts or sending a lead line soaring over the battlements. At the heart of its vintage-inspired circuit is a Halo-style inductor, helping deliver the rich harmonic character and distinctive response associated with coveted early wah designs. Dunlop packages all that old-school flavour into the familiar, reassuringly substantial Cry Baby enclosure.A splendid choice for blues, classic rock, funk, psychedelia and anywhere else an electric guitar needs to stop merely speaking and start having a conversation.
