A simple circuit that sounds great for guitar. If you want to tame the transients of your playing a bit to stay in the mix or completely crank the sustain on your guitar, this may be the pedal for you. One of the drawbacks of running most other comps is that analog compression has a tendency of killing the treble of your guitar tone. This pedal includes a ‘B’=Blend Circuit that will allow you to include a parallel mix of the effect signal and the dry signal. In the world of compression this is the simplest and most reliable way of hearing your ideal mix of what you like about both signals. I would suggest setting your compression and dial in some of that dry signal to get a little sparkle back into your tone.If you’re a chicken picker, feelin a little funky or you just wanna tell Roxanne that she dont have to put on the red light. This pedal has got it in a cute orange metal box.
