The all-analog circuit delivers the characteristic British growl with a bright, present top-end and tight, punchy low-end response. Players describe the tone as having "warm classic tones but without sacrificing articulation" and praise its ability to go from "clean to raging DOOM" with a single pedal.6-KNOB PRECISION CONTROL — LEVEL, DRIVE, VOICE & 3-BAND EQ: Sculpt your signature British rock tone with six dedicated controls. LEVEL adjusts overall output, DRIVE sweeps from subtle edge-of-breakup to aggressive, saturated crunch, and the unique VOICE knob shapes the frequency response and distortion character—from tight and focused to open and roaring. The 3-band EQ (Low, Mid, High) provides surgical tone-shaping power. Start with all EQ knobs at noon, Drive around 10 o'clock, and Voice around 2 o'clock for a classic 70's rhythm crunch, then fine-tune to match your amp and playing style. "cranking the Voice up" is the key to unlocking the pedal's full potential.BUILT-IN NALOG AMP-IN-A-BOX — DIRECT TO PA: The integrated analog cabinet simulator lets you run the Oxford Sound straight into a PA system. It restores classic tube amp growl and harmonic richness, working as a preamp drive in front of amplifier for layered rhythm and lead tones. A powerful tool for silent practice, and a convenient solution for home recording. it worked well straight into the pa with my other effects.DUAL POWER OPTIONS & ROAD-READY JF SERIES DESIGN: Bypass switching preserves your signal integrity when disengaged.
