This is the Fulltone Full-Drive 2 MOSFET, from Fulltone Musical Products of Culver City, California, serial 049500 on the bottom label. It has two channels: Volume and Tone cover both, Overdrive sets the gain of the first, and the Boost footswitch brings in the second, with its own Boost knob for more gain and sustain.
The left mini toggle has three modes. Comp-Cut is a clean boost for both channels. FM, Fulltone's Flat Mids mode, makes the first channel very transparent, and the pedal cleans up better with the guitar's volume turned down. Vintage takes the first channel back to the midrange-heavy sound it had in the '90s. The right toggle picks Standard, with asymmetrical clipping, or MOSFET clipping, with more bottom end, more growl and a more aggressive attack. Tone works as a presence control, about neutral at 12 o'clock. It runs on a 9-volt battery inside or a 9 to 18 volt DC adapter, center negative, and bypass is true bypass.
