The JHS Pedals Morning Glory V4 is a transparent, low-to-medium gain overdrive guitar pedal designed to enhance your tone without altering its fundamental character. It is a modern take on the classic Marshall Bluesbreaker circuit.OverviewSpecificationDetailCircuit TypeBluesbreaker-style transparent overdriveGain RangeLow to mediumPrimary UseAlways-on tonal enhancement, clean boost, light crunch, or gain-stackingPower Requirement9V DC negative center (less than 100mA)Key PointsHigh Transparency: It retains the natural tone of your guitar and amplifier. It avoids the heavy midrange hump found in Tube Screamer-style pedals.Dual Gain Modes: Features a toggle switch that shifts between a transparent low-gain mode (Blue LED) and a more aggressive high-gain mode with boosted low-end (Red LED).Red Remote Jack: Includes a 1/4" input allowing you to use an external foot switch (like the JHS Red Remote) to switch between the two gain modes on the fly.Tone Shaping Controls: Equipped with standard Volume, Drive, and Tone knobs, plus a side-mounted Bright-Cut switch to tame high frequencies on brighter amp setups.Increased Headroom: The V4 version delivers twice the headroom of previous iterations, making it highly effective as a clean boost.
