3x oscillator with mixer section

Controls: Coarse and fine tune, PWM offset, FM amount,
Switch for each oscillator on mix section to select waveform to mix,
Attenuators for selected waveform per oscillator.

This was actually done by sending a dotcom blank double to FPE. They did an excellent job with it.
