I started my modular journey with quite a lot of 2hp modules, and I'm not knocking their functionality or capabilities, but even slender fingers will struggle to operate their knobs once you have them side by side, with jacks plugged in, with no extra space around them. So careful placement is essential and/or I find it best to use a 2hp Blank between 2hp modules.
I ended up selling about half of the 2hp modules I got when i started due to Phat-Finger-Syndrome! ;-)

I think I do exaclty what you do, which I think is both useful and admirable, though usually in my own head.
When my racks are covered with cables and i can't see every model I turn to ModularGrid to help think-through new patching and plan how I want things to work.
Other than my 'wish list' and my 'New Rack' all my Racks are as they are in real life, my New Rack is more of work in progress but I'm being really picky what I buy next, I'm annoying myself that I can't make a descission on what to get next, I should probably makes some music with what I've got more that going around wisndow-shopping for new modules!

I'll agree with @noodle_hut where 2hp modules are used, for sanity and useability I find that a 2hp spacer is needed between other 2hp modules or they need to be placed next to a bigger more finger-friendly modules with more space.
Though as you have no plans to actually construct this you could argue that people have no actual reason to comment on it, what feedback do you actually require?
All your other rack plans(?) are private, could you make public the Racks that you do actually own or plan to build so that people have the opportunity to actually comment on what you do have or will create?

Probably not as cheap but here's my suggestion for a starter rack, this would need external sequencing via something like a Beatstep.

I'd say, experiment with what you've got until you feel the need for something, Its when you find you are limited in what you want to do that you realise what might be best to get next.

Like @PragmaticusMax says having an outboard mixer is a good idea and you can pick up second hand or new mixers pretty cheap online, though its also good to place sub-mixers around your modular to bring some of the parts together. So adding a Matrix Mixer is good as a way to swap and change singal routing before hitting the effects, then post-effects grab a stereo mixer (having the ability to Pan your signals is nice), then the Befaco Output Buss is great to bring all the signals together whether you got for an expernal mixer or not.

Why not create a forum section for selling, users could post their links to selling sites like Reverb, Etsy and Ebay etc. Which could include all Eurorack Cases and accessories.
It would keep payments and shipping in the hands of a company with rules rather than the current system, which I have never used, but have read enough complaints from other users to put me off from using it. Forum User feedback would suggest that people want a better way to mitigate the perceived risks.
Just an idea, not a complaint.

I can see both sides of this for the sake of manufacturers, if there is to be a default it should be either Both boxes ticked or both boxes Unticked, so we have Show Other/Unkown and Blank Panels.
There is honestly more interesting stuff in having Show Other/Unkown Ticked than the Blank Panels.

Now I do enjoy a 2hp module, they are literally what started me down my Modular journey. https://modulargrid.net/e/2hp-blur-silver-panel
Other than buying 2 of these and putting 2hp blanks around them, I really wish this was 6hp stereo with bigger knobs, the 2hp concept is a great one though the logistics of fat fingers and tight rack space means its probably not going to happen.

Pretty sure their modules will be made to correct their own polarity whichever way you plug them in.

By the looks of it, it might be the only Behringer product I'd entertain buying.
I'd be tempted to put it in its own case so as not to take up massive space in another row.
Though if I'm not careful I'll be recreating a 909 completely in Eurorack!

Looks like you have a pretty good plan in place, don't forget to check ebay etc, its definietly a buyers market out there at the moment so deals to be had, you could look at a Ornament & Crime for Quantization as you get 4x for the money plus a lot of other things to play with.

My Main Case:
I've organised more in line with things being complete voices, moved the SSF Vortices to be a bit more central and kicked out some of the more esoteric modules to my new case, the most recent addition is the AfterLater Compactor which I can feed my main basslines to from my Top Case via the DPW M1 Mixer for some Side chaining. I now note that I could do with a Mutes to mute the audio signal of the kick rather than muting the Kick sequence that controls the compressor so that the signal doesn't go back to a high state.
Top Case:
Broadly speaking this case is near perfect for me, though there is a possibility I'll swap the Font filter to something else and maybe get a dedicated Effects module rather than the Disting.
Percussion Case:
I'm kinda tempted by the Nano OCTA but something else would have to go if I did, I guess I'm not always happy with the sound of the Patching Panda BD-Z and one of the ADDAC T-Networks could move.
New Rack:
This is currently just a higgledipiggledy mess, I'm selling the Befaco EvenVCO and ADSR on ebay, I didn't use the VCO enough and the ADSR takes up too much room and doesn't have an inverted out so will be swapping that to be an ST Modular ADSR in just 4hp for the main case and I want the 4hp Befaco Mixer too which will complete the main case.
In an ideal world I'd probably upgrade the Main Case to be 104hp and get rid of the New Rack as I have a bit of a space issue.
