WaveFolder with DC offset controls and offset CV

WF is Avalon Harmonics' first ever module. The module offers simple 2-stage wave folding with a CV input for adding DC offset to the input. The input can be increased or lowered in volume, the CV can be attenuated and an additional amount of static offset can be added with a 3rd knob.
