Triple attenuverter module

Three attenuverters (or "Reversible Attenuators" in Moog-speak) using the later op-amp based Moog circuit.

Middle and lower inputs can be optionally normalised to the input above, and can be supplied with a reference voltage.

Panel layout to match Behringer System 55.

Single PCB, all through-hole components.
