Simple clock divider 1U (without reset)

The first 1U (Intellijel format) module from Cavisynth!

CLKDV (Clock Div) is a ultra simple clock divider utility.
It allows to divide the incoming clock by /2 /4 /8 /16.
There is no reset and no tralala.
It can also be used in audio frequency to generate sub-octave square waves.
Output clocks are at 0-5V

You can also put a clock in the input, the module flashes and... it's nice :D
