PEG Parameter Controller

PEG Parameter Controller: 16 LED push buttons give access to all the system parameters of both channels on the PEG:

Sync vs. Async modes: View current state and change between modes
Gate or trigger for EOF/EOR jacks
End-of-Fall or direct Tap Tempo Clock output for EOF jack
End-or-Rise or Half-Rise output for EOR jack
Skew Limiting (max 6ms rise or fall, no matter what CV/knob setting)
Enable/disable ASR envelopes when gated with the ASync jack
Force PEG to stop when external ping clock stops
