Adds 8 trig outputs to the RITOURNELLE CV Generator

In fact, it's simple: it adds 8 trigger outputs to any modules from Larix Elektro that have a CV output.
Like the Ritournelle CV Generator.

Technically speaking, it's just as simple: It convert the 8 bit that are used to generate the CV output of the module, into 8 outputs: 1 per bit !

This module does not works alown but is only intended to be used as an extension.
Even though it can be easily hackable (DIY friendly).
