Switched gate combiner

Send up to 6 gates, triggers, envelopes and other unipolar signals to up to four different destinations, using A/B switches for each input. The upper outputs A and B when unused are normalled to the next respective A and B outputs.

My own design, happy to see that it works. I havent tried envelopes or unipolar lfos, those will probably not come through cleanly.
