Interstellar Transformer is a premium, Direct Injection (DI) module engineered specifically for the modular synthesist.
Bridging the gap between wild Eurorack levels and professional studio environments requires more than just simple attenuation.

At its core the Sowter Type 8044, a boutique Direct Injection transformer. Capable of absorbing massive modular level, to ensure that your patches hit the mixing desk or audio interface exactly as you sculpted them: rich, dynamic, and completely free of interference.

FEATURES
Massive Headroom: The transformer easily absorbs 10Vpp+ modular swings without clipping, providing a clean, natural step-down to balanced level audio signals.

Noise Rejection: The transformer features Double Faraday (electrostatic) shields to reject noise on both the input and output stages, even if your case is full of digital modules and switching power supplies. Furthermore, it is housed in a Mumetal can for magnetic shielding.

Analog Fidelity: The transformer guarantees vanishingly low harmonic distortion with a ruler-flat frequency response of 10 Hz to 20 kHz.

Galvanic Isolation & Ground Lift: The transformer completely decouples your modular rig from your recording gear, while a switchable ground lift provides maximum grounding flexibility in any studio or stage environment.
