Three-judge surprise detector and alarm
Three brains listen to one input, each for its own kind of surprise: a note that doesn't belong, a sudden jump in loudness, a beat out of place. On every note they vote. When two of them agree, the alarm climbs: WATCH, WARN, EMERGENCY.
IN takes audio or CV; each brain learns what's normal from what it hears. PITCH, LEVEL and TIME set how easily each is surprised, and COOL sets how fast the alarm calms, from a minute to a second. Each stage has its own gate out, VOTE fires a trigger, and RISK sends the alarm itself as a CV. The panel is the screen: every hexagonal tile is a window of bare circuit board, lit from behind as the alarm rises.
