binary clock/frequency divider

The Clk Dv divides an incoming clock by 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32. It also accepts audio rate input for frequency division. since an octave relationship is 2:1, you can obtain musical divisions in octaves of the source "clock". available with yellow, red, or green leds.
