AM8060SE JP6 Multi-Mode VCF

The front panels for the AM8060SE arrived from Gernamy this week and I have fitted one to a production Eurorack module and taken a quick set of pictures. Here is the full panel, powered up with the orange LED’s in the original Roland push buttons.

The buttons control the filters mode by switching each SVF into low or high pass, this provides 4 different types of sound, even the 2 Band Pass modes are slightly different. With panels in stock I can build the first set of customer orders and start shipments by the end of the month. Nearly there!

I will post some new soundclips next week of the filter in action. The Special Edition (SE) is an improvement over the origianl with more controlled resonance, without the uncontrolled self oscillation and high Q settings. I have enough original Roland buttons to manufacture about 30 modules.
