Comparator (DIY)

Incoming signal compared with two variable offsets to produce two pulse outputs with variable mark/space ratio.
Also (unrelated, but hey it is my DIY module) an ultra-fine-tune pot for a Dixie 2 or 2+ (the grey knob)
