Yes I build this famos random generator with my frontpannel.
Locking is no problem, because I test every modul for propper working.
Best feature is locking right and play or write own pattern. That is very useful for musicans.
I use original pcb and changed only a few component for better working to obtain stabel locking.

I think no more info is necessary.
