Prototype: Expansion module for the Pingable Envelope Generator

This is a prototype version. Final production version will be different.

•16 LED push buttons give access to all the system parameters of both channels on the PEG:
•Sync vs. Async modes: View current state and change between modes
•Gate or trigger for EOF/EOR jacks
•End-of-Fall or direct Tap Tempo Clock output for EOF jack
•End-or-Rise or Half-Rise output for EOR jack
•Skew Limiting (max 6ms rise or fall, no matter what CV/knob setting)
•Enable/disable ASR envelopes when gated with the ASync jack
•Force PEG to stop when external ping clock stops
