Breakout for 6 jumpers

6 on/off switches mounted on one 2 HP blank module.

I made two different ones :
Version "Clock Divider + LFO"
The first three control the Clock, Reset and Gate Polarity jumpers of Doepfers A160-2 Clock Divider.
The last three control rest/sync option, and the assignable waveforms of Xaoc Batumi

Version "Dual Filer + Quad VCA""
The first two control whether the Gemini 2412 filters can self oscillate or not.
The last four control the default normalizatin routes, that can be changed with jumpers on the Doepfer Quad VCA A135-2
