Gate generator by manual triggering

This module is a gate generator by manual triggering, with two independent parts.
Upper part :
Choice between two modes:
- "push" mode: pressing the first button momentarily generates a + 12V gate, release the pressure to stop it (a LED lights up to indicate the status).
- "latch" mode: the selector placed in this position allows to generate a gate of + 12V continuously. To stop it, put the selector back on "push" (a LED lights up to indicate the status).
This gate is transmitted to the first three outputs.
Lower part:
- "4" is independent, it is triggered if its own selector is set to "on" (the dedicated LED signals the status).

This makes it possible to respond to different scenarios.

Tested and assembled by hand. All components are through, so all "ph" modules are repairable. Built to last ;-)
