Multiple Attenuverter Attenuator Shifter

MASH is a utility module with the following functions:

One Attenuverter with level shift
Two Attenuators with level shift
Buffered multiple, 1 in to 3 out
The functions are chained together but you can break the chain by inserting cables in the input jacks.
