RGB2Component encoder

1V RGB to Component/YPbPr encoder.

Features an additional board to output PAL/NTSC Composite over Y connector by setting jumpers. A 4HP passive panel allows to use Composite/YC at the same time as the Component out, as long as adding a front switch for PAL/NTSC.

Uses 14pin sync connector to get sync from a Cadet Sync Generator, however a RCA sync board could be designed and put in place of the existing power/sync board if there is any interest.
