Low cost LP and HP vcf

Bubbly vcf with line level conversion.
There was no power consumption data, so I borrowed the power consumption data for my purpose from Space Moth VCF v3.
BUT I DONT KNOW EXACTLY THE VALUES of the power Consumption. Just be aware!
