Epic Clock Divider & frequency divider for ultrasonic oscillators

This thing is meant to clock rare events: Two modes, /1024 and /131.072.
It will act on a rising flank from ~1V.
Can be used as a subharmonics generator too for frequencies up to ~500 Khz.
Has LEDs for all the divisions and a Reset button/jack.
Also refreshes your clock.

Can count to 11. Can also do complex vortex math. Can be expanded with a quantum entanglement multiple.
