Telex expander; translates between I2C & MIDI

WIP, a conversion of i2c2midi from Eurorack.

Connects to the Telex module via I2C connections on the rear, receives I2C commands and spits out MIDI messages for controlling external devices. USB and TRS MIDI out; receives MIDI in via USB only.
