Performance comparator

Comparator, but then a bunch more (and sending triggers, instead of gates), with a possibility to sync those to incoming clock.

Top, bottom, and 4 up/down states inbetween.
* Top button toggles between two options to handle direction:

1. Up triggers left, down triggers right
2. Up/down triggers left, up sends out gate out of right until the next time this level is triggered (CV can change the sound depending on direction)

• Lower button toggles quantization to clock on/off.
