This is the MXR Micro Amp, model M133, a boost with one Gain knob that adds up to 26 dB. The red light shows when it's on.
Use it to kick up a lead, or to even out two guitars with different output, like humbuckers and single coils. Left on all the time, it makes up the level a long chain of pedals loses. Input and the power jack are on the right side, output on the left. It runs on a 9-volt battery under the bottom plate or a 9-volt center-negative adapter and draws 2.5 mA. Bypass is hardwire.
